Best cruise ever until departure to discover broken handle on luggage. This caused lots of issues on the remained of our European trip, mostly by train!

We really enjoyed this cruise but experienced cold weather and rain for the first two itinerary stops in France and Italy. Ports of call were excellent as was the ship and amenities. We loved that MSC honors previous cruisers status from other cruise lines or hotel or airline status.

enjoyed the ports, shows, beautiful ship lackluster food. Was told by others that this cruise line caters to Europeans who enjoy entertainment over food. Not sure I believe that

I would cruise with MSC again, I hope MSC will try to improve the communication and make personnel much happier place for them. I love the guests on the ship and I miss them already. I am hoping they should get better entertainment shows, overall the PAZ is very good, not able to see the WAY.

The amenities and ship were top notch. Food quality and variety needs improvements. should have a system that passengers can communicate with each other with telephone. When we didn't havce cell service,m it was difficult to find each other. a lot of time was spent walking around, looking for one another. The automated screens and tv system for reservations and booking was not too user friendly, glitchy ( would get stuck, not responsive) I wasn't able to check if all people in my party were included in reservations and none of the employees had access to help me. Spent too much of my leisure time on that.

Yacht Club in itself was an oasis within a busy ship. Good, but not excellent service and the experience in itself was let down by lacklster food, paricularly when it came to fish and shellfish. Cabin was miniscule.

Nice ship, too many people, average entertainment and food. Limited menu at dinner. I was expecting more, since it was a new ship. The staff was fantastic, except one older waiter.

Again, this is the spirit airlines of the cruise industry. You will be upcharged on most things to have a better experience especially on foods and drinks.

Had another amazing 4 night cruise loved it. Nassau was fun went to the distillery tour again and the bearded claim is an amazing place to drink and eat.

If there is one area you want to be positive it’s the service. This is where MSC fails . It’s unfortunate because the ships are beautiful, food and entertainment good, service in the specialty restaurants was good. It was the bars and bar service that let us down. Staff was minimal when everyone wanted a before dinner drink, half the bars closed till dinner started , Bar tenders arguing and avoiding guests if they could. This is a big area of opportunity and an area we are not willing to wait for to improve. After three try’s it’s always been the bar tenders, bar hours and bar supply that’s let us down .This trip was the last straw. From the Sky lounge where the two bartenders tried with everybody to avoid eye contact ( one was Joel ) to walking up to the lighthouse bar at 8:25 just to relax and bar tenders see us approaching yelling we’re closed. It was Joel again. Ok I didn’t ask to be served so why so anxious to turn people away. The next rude bunch was the security group. Just incidents like that the whole time makes you want to jump ship. By the way we have cruised 65 times on pretty much all cruise brands and this will be our LAST MSC cruise . Bye bye

While there were hiccups it was still relaxing and I did a lot of reading. It is doubtful we will choose this line again but never say never.

Highly recommend MSC. Miami is better than Port Canaveral but ship is perfect and great value.

2nd sailing on this beautiful ship. She does not disappoint. Since I live very close to Port Canaveral, when I want to do a relaxing holiday, I always consider MSC.

We were so looking forward to this cruise. It has been awhile. A friend of mine - - it was her first cruise. The people seemed very disorganized and confused. Did not give good directions. Ran out of beer and mixers 5 days in - which made people very angry. I have been on 3 other cruises and never experienced any issues at all. A total disappointment. Pam Bathgate.

Overall, it was a nice cruise and we will enjoy MSC again

Nice ship lots to do onboard service was not that great… food was pretty good onboard but the food on their island was not… debarking was a sad process and embarkation needs help as well

We introduced our son and daughter-in-law to cruising on this trip. They really enjoyed it, and we hope that this will be the first of many for them. This survey is rating my responses at 3.5, not sure why. I actually give it a solid 4 out of 5.

I would suggest this being a good cruise for 1st time cruisers but we are pretty experienced and we were a little disappointed in wait staff, noise and lay out of the ship.

For my first non-Carnival cruise, I would say it was a good experience. I enjoyed the cabin, the many pools and the galleria area. Ocean Cay is already beautiful. I can’t wait to see it in a few years. I think it’s a great think that MSC did with cleaning up the island and creating the Marine Reserve. There were some negatives like drink ordering, lengthy dinners in the MDR and disembarking. Overall, I would recommend MSC to someone looking for a less expensive cruising option, especially if they are not drinking or craving specialty dining. If you avoid the ‘extras’, you could really enjoy cruising and the island experience for a great price. However, for me, Carnival is still my preferred line.

It’s great for the price.. just a few things they need to fix.. friendlier staff… and maybe more active management making sure things are running smoothly
