Best cruise ever until departure to discover broken handle on luggage. This caused lots of issues on the remained of our European trip, mostly by train!

Butler walked us down. All was great until we retrieved my luggage when it was discovered that the MSC luggage handlers had broken my handle and it wouldn't go up and down!
