Review summary

Nice ship, too many people, average entertainment and food. Limited menu at dinner. I was expecting more, since it was a new ship. The staff was fantastic, except one older waiter.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Took the ship of Genoa, easy embarkation, they allowed us on the ship 2 hours to the prior scheduled embarkation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
For a new ship, I was expecting more. The dinning room was beautiful and the staff were great. Special shout out to our servers, Russell Gonsalves and Muhammad Iman. The dinning room menu was very limited to four items. I did a cruise with MSC 5 years ago and there were more food options.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were extremely over crowed. The staff allowed people to save chairs hours before they exactly went to the pool, leaving others without chairs.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The entertainment was average. The same band and performers throughout the entire week.

Children's Programs

Did not traveled with children.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our staff were great. My wife had one bad experience with a waiter at one of the breakfast, that COULDN'T be bother.

Cabin / Stateroom

The staff kept the cabin clean, but I was unhappy with the size. They reduced the size tremendously.
