I would cruise with MSC again, I hope MSC will try to improve the communication and make personnel much happier place for them. I love the guests on the ship and I miss them already. I am hoping they should get better entertainment shows, overall the PAZ is very good, not able to see the WAY.

Not enough lounges where you can sun bathe. Maybe there is but due to Pool Attendant is scared to remove towels that are no longer kept by guest, It looks like it is still occupied. Pool attendant must be more alert and know what is going on.
Entertainment

Paz is very good, a nice way to see flamenco in action. The Cirque de Soleil, meh! both vaggio and sonor meh, ringling brothers I think is more entertaining. Maestro Lino at the Top Sail, Excellent and also the two musician at the Top Sail are excellent.

Ship Personnel seems not happy even my butler is not happy most I spoken too wanted to go home to see their families, it seems that they are not happy to be there. They are all good personnel. I was expecting my Butler to be more attentive and know me better but nah! He takes care 19 cabins and I think he is already overwhelmed.

Please do not bring cash around you in side the ship, survellance is not very good, a lot of things dissappearing. I lost my Gold Plated Sagrada Familia coin and Euros while playing roulette or dropped in the plaza emporium.
Pizza? I think pizza here is not good. I went to De Peppinos and pizza is not as I expected to be the dough is think and the whole pizza experience is not okay.
