Unlike what others are saying, embarkation was Smooth mainly because we arrived at a later time(1230). Only issue is they took our 2 bottles of wine away, that's they new unannounced policy. They returned them to our cabin on last day

Food is okay, not too fancy especially at main dining rooms, that's why we booked specialty restaurants to enjoy better meals and still the meals were good but nothing to write home about. But the PIZZA is amazing at the buffet. Best pizza at sea for any cruise line
Onboard Activities

Their Broadway shows are average. They can use stand up comedian. Best show was their cruise director, the hypnosis show, great show. Highly recommend u make reservations to all their shows in advance. Rarely any fun/dj by the pool

I'm rating this low due to their bar services being slow we think they intentionally slow their service down so they don't service the all inclusive passengers as quick to keep their costs down. And most bartenders did not know how to make basic drinks. The rest of the crew are not pleasant and that falls back on training

Sail with the expectation that this cruise line is the spirit airline of cruise industry. They'll upcharge you for everything.
We have been on 3 MSC Cruises and getting ready for #4. It's not a new unannounced policy about bringing alcohol on the ship. You have never been able to bring drinks on MSC. Also all cruise lines upcharge for specialty dining. I have to strongly disagree as the restaurants were top notch or maybe it's because we are not food snobs. 😜 We love the low prices and are very happy that we don't have to pay for things we don't want or need. You can pick and choose what is important for you. ⚓
Glad you enjoyed most of it. The 3-4 days cruises are becoming “booze cruises” due to the low fares including drinks. The 7 day cruises are a better experience.
