Amazing experience, well worth the money. Definitely going again this Summer.

This was a mixed bag of surprises. The ship itself was the worst I have ever been on considering the layout and overcrowding. The shows were fantastic and the upgrade to balcony was a life-saver. Activities director needs to be fired or needs more experience(not sure which). The silence was hard to get used to, play some local music!! Ports were all amazing with plenty of time to enjoy and easy off-on experience. All in all, MSC business model should be adapted if they want to succeed in the american market. I personally will not return.

The MSC Meraviglia is a huge beautiful ship. The cruise line deals with the population volume well. Entertainment was excellent. Staff throughout the ship was exceptional. Food was fair. Excursions were well planned and enjoyable. Fitness center was limited. Many activities available.

Wonderful trip. Ship crew was excellent. Food was good. Tour guide in Boston was terrible. Booked through MSC.

I have been on over 50 cruises and this is the first cruise that no matter who you spoke too!

We (3 couples) have cruised every year (sometimes twice each year) on Royal Caribbean, Princess, Holland America, Carnival and Norwegian. We will NEVER cruise on MSC again. Sad, because it is a beautiful ship. None of these remarks are the fault of or Emily Curry. She is wonderful and we would definitely use again.

3 1/2 hours at the port to get on Skipped sndney very disappointed left Quebec 12 hours early very disappointed got to NY 12 hours early ???

Huge ship which is not for everyone. Too crowded.

I suggested that there should be KARAOKE every night or ever day but it did not happen. It fell on deaf ears.

This was the first cruise our family of 6 has ever been on and we were amazed at the whole experience. The ship was very clean, the food was amazing and the entertainment was awesome! I would recommend to anyone

Cruise was just close to perfect in my opinion. We did end up getting sick with a cough which put a bit of a damper on the trip but still was amazing and will definetly be sailing with MSC again.

The 8 of us loved the whole experience except for the service received at Guest Services - Infinity desk. I was waiting patiently in line and 3 people walked up to the counter and were taken care of immediately. The desk clerks should have told the 3 people that they need to get in line. Bad service.

Overall, the Cruise exceeded our expectations. It was a memorable cruise and we would re-book. We appreciate Janet for her guidance and for arranging a show with the package. Thank you for your guidance and help. We loved it.

MSC can do better , work on better custom service

Overall, I would rate this cruise 8+. I would rate this higher if the sit-down and specialty restaurant was better. Went to the steak house for steak, but other than the sliders the rest was bad (overcook). The new ship, activity and the show was almost perfect!!!

Great experience. Next time we will pick a smaller shop, but we will sail again with MSC guaranteed!

Beautiful new ship. Dining & activities (lack thereof) biggest downside.

The cruise was a little different from what I'm used to but had a great time and and a great experience. Try everything you can on the ship especially the shows and restaurants.

Best cruise ever until departure to discover broken handle on luggage. This caused lots of issues on the remained of our European trip, mostly by train!
