Review summary

The 8 of us loved the whole experience except for the service received at Guest Services - Infinity desk. I was waiting patiently in line and 3 people walked up to the counter and were taken care of immediately. The desk clerks should have told the 3 people that they need to get in line. Bad service.

I loved both Cirque De Soeil shows and Born to Rock Show. Natalia (spelling?), one of the dance instructors, was friendly, personable and a joy to get to know. She's a definite asset to your staff and deserves a big raise. Seriously. I've done over 30 cruises and only about 3 MSC but plan to do more in the future. Keep up the good job!

Get ready for a fun filled week. I've sailed on MSC before and you have the best entertainment staff on the High Seas. There's 6 of us going again on Sept 2 for Caribbean cruise.
