Overall, the Cruise exceeded our expectations. It was a memorable cruise and we would re-book. We appreciate Janet for her guidance and for arranging a show with the package. Thank you for your guidance and help. We loved it.

It was Okay overall until we booked a specialty meal experience when boarding. With the exception of 1/3 the two upgraded experinces were unremarkable. One, Eataly was so bad that we complained to the desk and no acceptable remedy was taken. Only verbal apology. Had the experience not have been food, we would have taken the product back for a full refund and the staff did not seem to appreciate that and take a positive action. The tabe next to us complained bitterly as well only to receive a parade of apology from the server, manager and chef. They would have done well had they taken a simple action like providing a voucher that the dissatisfied guest can use on board.

signage was somewhat confusing. If it designed to get the staff involved in interaction with guests, it is a good idea but staff needs to be trained.
