There is a lot of confusion from one bar tender to another on what exactly is included in which drink package. It's ridiculous to have so many options anyhow. I felt nickeled and dime often. All inclusive should be just that.

We had a fantastic time on this cruise. MSC never disappoints. I can't wait until our next MSC cruise.

In general it is a standard cruise. The bar/beverage service is bad, there are few bars with few staff attending. Most of the staff is not cordial, they do not attend with courtesy. Except at the dinner restaurant where waiters (specially Joseph) were all happy to serve, courteous and helpful . The food is not very good.

The overall cruise was excellent but not what im use to. No icecream station. No dessert buffet. Only pizza all day. Not enough entertainment. Just relaxing

MSC really lowered my expectations of cruises. When asking for help, I felt like a burden to all customer service staff and dining room managers, even though we were trying to fix issues that were not our fault (missing reservations, charges to our cards for things that we never bought, etc.)

MSC Meraviglia is a stunning ship. Clean and impeccable. The promenade made it more stunning. Would definitely sail on her in the future.

My only negative is my ship board credit was never applied to my bill. Also I suggest having and ATM onboard, as most of the ports take American money.

Very good. Glad I experienced a cruise. Would have liked a list of tips for first time cruisers.

Visiting Caymans and Playa Del Carmen was the trueness highlight of the experience. Jamaica was very underwhelming and couldn’t visit Ocean Cay due to high winds. The ship itself however and the staff were extremely nice and this was a great experience overall despite the mishaps.

Every thing about this cruise was awesome except the room accommodations....it was just too small...the ship was gorgeous...the entertainment was great....their was a variety of food options to choose from.

Take the Seaside or Devina instead! The food was not so good. My wife and I could only stand to eat at the sit downs twice. The first night my dinner was decent. My wife's, she said was gross. It was sent back! The second night neither dinner was any good. I picked many bones out of my fish and my wife said hers tasted like canned beef stew. The buffet was "OK" not great, but "OK". Once again not up to MSC standards. Only one show was halfway decent. We also paid for the Cirque show. It was cancelled. At least they refunded us the money for it.

Beautiful ship, excellent Broadway shows, overcrowded ship, overworked staff, poor food, nickeled and dimed for everything. Probably won't travel on MSC again.

a nice cruise , buy MSC needs to improve especially in the food quality area. Also speciality dining were not much better then the dining room food.

Good: Ship layout, cleanliness, Elegant decor, Atrium led show, small, but comfortable cabins, very reasonable cruise fare, employee staff Needs work: Dining room food, Sound mixing in main theater. television channel selection.

Overall the cruise was wonderful, the ship is beautiful, too bad that the cabin bathroom and the hallway stunk, and the night maintenance kept us awake.

Beautiful ship, great crew, but pool closes at 6pm

MSC's Meraviglia is an amazing ship - luxurious and spacious. We never once felt crowded and the amenities were amazing. We'd go again.
