Singers and dancers best I have seen and heard. Opera I loved. Could have given more of a background on what was going on but singing was superb

Richard our steward for 10390 was his first week. Never could have known. He was better than any other steward. Gave us handwritten notes thanking us for sailing with msc. He seriously could not have given us any better of service. Aniket and Manish table 307 same thing warm friendly and everything was served hot and tasty. All the people on ship greeted us and asked what they could do for us.the downfall. Do not buy future cruise certificates. We did last time. When we found a lower price. They gave it to us then canceled our control number and made it like it was new cruise. Took away our cabin and moved us. This was not the ship but on land customer service. Had to re register 4 times my passport and personal info was gone every time. Rude to my travel agent. Needs improvement there. Ship was great

Comfort great. Not enough storage. Lots of room ,bed and bath great. Did not hear neighbors or outside in hall. 10 stars for that
