If you have walking restraints, this is not a good cruise for you.

Great ship (a little bigger than we like), liked the Aurea Experience. Weird that we had to link our cabin to cards AFTER we were on the ship. Any way to do that before you embark? Would like to see more solo and handicap cabins. Had trouble booking a seat for the free shows in the Theater. Houdini Show was cancelled and we have to email to get a refund - would be nice to have it automatically refunded to our account.

it was a cheap cruise. good if all you want to do is relax. the problems i had were solved but i never had these problems in a hotel or other cruise. the pool area service was good as was the rest of the ship. the guy doing our room was not. no towels or washcloths or top sheet. the people we ate with were told they didn't have washcloths. we got ours the second day.

MSC never disappoints! The food is amazing, staff are incredible and the Meraviglia is the cleanest ship we’ve ever had the privilege of sailing on!

Overall a good cruise, looking to book another cruise with MSC

If I cruise with them again I would have to choose the most expensive rooms to make it worth while

I was sad to loss one day on ocean cay cause we didn't have the chance to see the night shows

Great value. Would have liked liquor and WIFI Package if priced differently. A friend who cruised with us and booked late was able to obtain the liquor package and wifi at a reasonable price through you. We did not see this as an option when we booked.

We rented a hot tub suite and the hot tub was filthy and then they cleaned it and it never worked ever.

Ship was great. Staff wonderful. Drink package affordable. Pools are great. Nassau is terrible and should be skipped.

We are cruised with all of the cruise companies before (Divine too), but this experience with MSC Meraviglia was one of the best one. The ship wasn't crowded ever, the dining room experience was more than exceptional! The cruise ship personnel (except that tall guy at the buffet desert station) were very courteous. The only thing we were missing is a one night dress up night, like every other ship has!

I would recommend this cruise line with anyone else we have done most major cruise lines and this was very top of the line the warnings don’t park at the port pay for coffee and don’t buy the Internet

Cruise was great! Food was good. Staff was great! Will be doing another MSC Cruise in the future! Our cabin was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and clean. I was eating a lot more than what I was able to burn. The shows were awesome and the places we visited were beautiful. Experience was absolutely amazing. I'm hooked and can't wait to go on my next cruise. I wanted to move on the ship for life lol.

MSC is not very good at communication. They generally say to pack clothes for 3 or 4 special nights. What?? Then they don't do any of them and have a different theme night which of course you didn't pack for. So wasted space packing clothes you don't use and not enough of the clothes that you need! Also they give you no information about the shows on board till the day of the show, so makes it hard to plan what you are going to do.

Already looking to book again! Can’t wait to sail on MSC again!

Excellent cruise, easy on/off great shows awesome food

Overall, this was a great experience and would probably do it again. This was our first cruise and it didn't disappoint. I encourage everyone to g et on it. It's nice and affordable. If you drink a lot get the drink package. The only think you get with your booking is the room, buffet style food and whatever they have at the fountain for drinks(none are carbonated), and complementary dining experience(and if you want breakfast and lunch also complementary). Everything else you need to pay for. Tips for the crew are nice, but they also charge you tips per person per day @ a rate of $14/per/day.

Good but looking for a little more entertainment.

Will never cruise with MSC again. Service was terrible. They charged my account 8 times instead of one. Overcharged $11,314, and they said that we need to wait a minimum of 2 billing cycles to get a refund. They even told us that some customers have to wait 4 months for their refund. They’re doing fraudulent transactions using their customers’ money. They didn’t even compensated us for using our money , for all the stress they caused us, and for all the time that we spent on the phone trying to recover our money. Even emailed some executives, and called several times, but our requests were ignored all the time. They finally said they could only compensate us with a $50 credit, but they didn’t even gave us $50, they actually removed a $100 cabin credit that was part of our reservation promotion. Really bad service.

It was a great experience, nice and modern ship, great activities.
