Review summary
Will never cruise with MSC again. Service was terrible. They charged my account 8 times instead of one. Overcharged $11,314, and they said that we need to wait a minimum of 2 billing cycles to get a refund. They even told us that some customers have to wait 4 months for their refund. They’re doing fraudulent transactions using their customers’ money. They didn’t even compensated us for using our money , for all the stress they caused us, and for all the time that we spent on the phone trying to recover our money. Even emailed some executives, and called several times, but our requests were ignored all the time. They finally said they could only compensate us with a $50 credit, but they didn’t even gave us $50, they actually removed a $100 cabin credit that was part of our reservation promotion.
