MSC is not very good at communication. They generally say to pack clothes for 3 or 4 special nights. What?? Then they don't do any of them and have a different theme night which of course you didn't pack for. So wasted space packing clothes you don't use and not enough of the clothes that you need! Also they give you no information about the shows on board till the day of the show, so makes it hard to plan what you are going to do.
Embarkation

Shuttle was extremely late to get us. Waited almost 2HOURS then the driver didn't know where he was going. Fortunately I had been to Port Canaveral so had to direct him where to go. Once we got there getting on the ship was easy.

The food was average as well as the wine offerings. Very limited wine options with upgraded beverage package. Service was excellent except for one bar.
Onboard Activities

They had stretch classes, dance lessons, trivia games, a 60s/70s night which was fun. Would have liked to see more options in activities.
Entertainment

The shows were good that we were able to see. Not much info on the shows they had prior to departure so you could plan. Also paid for a special show and had to wait till it showed up on the daily agenda to know when to sign up for it.
Service and Staff

For the most part the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Exception was staff in Sky Lounge who were completely unattentive. Even when you were standing at the bar they ignored you. You had to go find someone and stand in front of them and ask for service for them to respond!
Ship Quality

Nice ship, lots of bars, restaurants & stores. Ship was kept very clean. Some areas looked a little worn and could use a refresh. Our room was cleaned twice a day.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin size was average. Nice balcony with chairs and table. Bathroom/shower were small, but they usually are on most ships.

Find out what special dress up nights and shows they are having a head of time if you can.
The island is really nice! MSC is doing a great job with this place. Lots of beach, bars and it's a marine reserve so lots of good snorkeling as there are reefs all around.
Good comments. I loved my MSC cruise but they didn’t communicate special nights well. The app didn’t say either. We asked our waiter when formal night was and he told us any night we wanted. So we picked one. Few dresses up. We didn’t know it was white night until it started so we went and changed. But we still had a great cruise. Thanks for you me comment.
Are you aware of the MSC for Me app? I am not close enough to my cruise date, yet, but I understand that it unlocks a huge wealth of information and capability for your cruise. It might provide the details you need but don't find easily.
