This is our 1st and last MSC Cruise EVER!!!! And would never recommend it!!

We had a wonderful first family cruise on MSC. The ship was clean and very updated. Food was great in the main dining room but the buffet was sometimes not so good. We missed one of our ports due to bad weather but that couldn't be helped. The bars and lounges offered plenty of seating and the bar staff was always very friendly and got our drinks out right away. I feel the kids area was lacking activities because our 10 yr old kept saying he was bored but our older teen children always found things to do. The broadway theater shows are some of the best we have ever seen on a cruise ship. I would definitely recommend this ship if looking for a great value and want to experience cruising.

Overall, we liked this cruise and what it offered at the price we paid. We've cruised before on other lines and are looking at other lines again. I would cruise MSC again if the right deal came along. The ship is absolutely stunning! Wish we had been able to go to the island (check out "Building Paradise" on Tubi for a documentary about how it was made) but currents were too strong to dock. Food was good to so-so depending on what you get and when. I wish there were a bigger variety of activities scattered throughout the day. Several times there were things we wanted to do that interfered with our dining time, so we couldn't do them. We could have gone to the buffet to solve that, but by day 3 the adults were pretty "over" the buffet. My kids loved it every time, though. I truly love the kindness and friendliness of a majority of the staff. They dealt with a capacity cruise with their very best. My judgement was impacted by a few experiences that brought that overall score down, but that doesn't mean that staff were intentionally inattentive. Overall, a fun cruise. A cruise is what you make it, but that doesn't mean you don't have to talk about things that can be improved upon. I'd definitely consider one again at the right price-point, but I won't be an "MSC Exclusive".

This is the first, last and only time I will sail on MSC. It took over an hour and a half to embark. Food and service in the restaurant was fair, at best. Towels were thin and rough as sandpaper. Couldn’t take a drink into theater. Photocopied menu in restaurant. Daily planner not supplied in cabin (just advertising). Need I continue?

It is sad that the staff works so hard to please the people but management does not have what it takes to accommodate such a large group of people.

The cruise was good but due to a passenger mishap we were late getting on board. I drove from Tampa and actually wasted half of my day not being able to board when I was to board. When we did get on the ship was late. Hope folks can be reimbursed something. Otherwise it was okay. Food selection can be better also.

Amazing! Coming back soon! Great entertainment, food, stuff. Dance!!! Bryan my kids enjoyed every dance!

Definitely not worth my money or time 😔. Once we got to Bahamas there was really nothing to do but get in the beach. No excitement the only thing really is just the beach and there are few shopping stores. There is only one spot to go on not like when I went to ensenada that was 10x’s better, more fun and better food!!

I'm not sure if I would use this line again. They have five years of experience under their belt and don't have it figured out yet, despite the unusual occurrence of disembarkation day. They need I.T. help. I set up my credit card before I left. Onboard it didn't show. I tried through the app. My daughter also tried. When we went to purchase photos, neither were set up despite having linked us together. So I tried using their machines aboard to set up. No. So then I had to stand in the long line at guest services. They aren't allowed to do it, but she said she cleared everything and now I could use a machine. So I did get it set up. BUT when we were exiting the ship, my daughter, along with LOTS of other people, because their bill wasn't paid... The bill seemed high but our frustration. was great by that time, and we just paid it. ALERT, the gratuity of 15% is charged on each paid item. Additionally, each person in the cabin is charged a $56 fee.

I took this cruise as a personal time away with God. It was what I needed, thank you.

Honestly this cruise was very traumatic. I understand the major traumatic even that took place is not the fault of the cruise, but that along with the rest of the experience was just terrible. I have actually had to postpone my future scheduled cruises due to this experience. I love cruising and I have never felt the need to write a complaint, but this experience was god awful.

This was my first cruise so I didn’t know what to expect. Embarkation and disembarkation were a total failure, what a disaster. Once on board everything was wonderful.

This was my first cruise and I absolutely loved it. My only suggestion-. I needed to find medicine for my husband who's tooth was hurting. Your shippong center only had medicine in Italian. The attendant did not know Italian and I had to google all of the labels to see what it was. Maybe dangerous if someone interprets the medication incorrectly. I also can't deny that the passing of the passenger who fell off the boat has traumatized me a little. Since I got back I keep thinking about her and how she may have fallen off. I was not able to sleep right the first couple of days. Was the boat safe? What happened?

Overall it was a good cruise but still needs improvement for buffet food and entertainment shows, also they need to find a way to speed up the embarkation and disembarkation process.

Ship was nice and clean. That’s the only good thing I had to say about this cruise. The food was absolutely the worst I’ve eaten on any ship. We skipped out a couple times on dinner just to go to Buffay and have pizza. Staff was good most of the time they had no no lines for at the bar you would wait in line like he thought you should infected come up and cut in front of you and be started right before you and the staff knew this… Unacceptable

Best cruise I have ever been on. Had such a good time and atmosphere was so nice. The dancers were better then any cruise I have ever been on. They worked hard and were always so friendly to talk Can not wait to use msc again in the future. Once you try msc you wont want to cruise the others ever again. Sorry for the person who went overboard.

I had a good time with my family. I enjoyed MSC private island "Ocean Cay" where the ship stayed for two days. On the second day, we went swimming. There are a few shops on the island but not a wide selection. I liked that the crew provided lunch while on the beach.

It was Good need improvements for food and Entertaiment and dinner sittings for Restaurants
