Crews deliver different information about buying drink package on board causing not only me but most guest ran around all over the place to find out the right info Even the guest relation didnt have any clue when we asked about time of disembarkation and other guest told us that they found that out from othrr guest. Overall staffs mostly useless. Waiters and food servers some nice some rude.

The worst experience ever ! Stood 1h at level 6 and then opened up level 5 first for disembarkation.

The comment about disembarkation is quite revealing. When my wife and I cruise, we're not in a hurry. We enjoy the leisurely pace. We look to enjoy the company of others. We enjoy different lounges, or the same lounge at different times of the day. We love sunrises on our balcony with its early day quiet. We are not people to push and jockey at the buffet. Any cruise is what you make of it. We like what MSC offers. We love Mediterranean cuisine. We love Italian design. And they keep the glass, chrome, and mirrors so clean - even in the "lifts".
