Review summary
I am a seasoned cruiser. This was my first MSC experience and it will be the last. The specialty restaurant staff are rude. Room service takes 2 hours to get someone on the phone to take an order. The food was not what one would expect on a cruise. It was like dinning in a high school cafeteria. The bar service was deplorable the ship departed the port at 6pm and they ran out of tequila at 2pm. Each day was more and more disappointing. 90 minute wait times for a drink. Trust me, do not book with this cruise line.Embarkation
