Horrible customer service, beautiful ship with large rooms

My first shot cruise and MSC I’m not disappointed I receive plenty for my money

Really enjoyed ocean cay. It was a nice relaxing 2 days. Was expecting a spectacular light but was disappointed. Fireworks would have helped. Also first day was at south beach and when in the water something was stinging me. Second day went to beach by ship and nothing stung me.

We enjoyed the Divina. Would like a better casino experience but it is a beautiful ship with lots to do

For my first solo cruise, I was nervous at first. But it was fabulous! I’m further impressed with MSC and I’ve already booked 2 more MSC cruises.

Overall, the second time on this ship was a charm. However, we likely will not sail the MSC Divina again. The ship is showing signs of age, primarily in the lack of technology and aurea spa facilities. Also the ship does not have the enough of the options that newer, bigger ships have, such as multiple specialty restaurants. That said, we will give MSC another try since they dod make some improvements on the Divina compared to our previous cruise on the Divina. We are booked on the MSC Miraviglia. Based on the ship's deck plans, it looks like this ship has more of what we're looking for.

Cruise was wonderful. However at the One pool the loungers were very uncomfortable. Would love to see pads on the chairs. The tv was non existent. I was not in the cabin much but when I was, I would have loved to see some tv.

I have been on the MSC Divina numerous times, and each of these times I have enjoyed myself. I plan to continue sailing on MSC and have done so since early 2000 on the MSC Melody.

Overall this was an enjoyable cruise. Parking was easy as each terminal has it’s own parking structure. It is just a short walk across the street and up an escalator to start the check in process.

Had read so many poor reviews so went with low expectations. They blew us away with their service, food, drinks, live music talent, and Ocean Cay. We will now book another one.

Unfortunatley - being a classic memeber of MSC - the Divina cruise will unfortunatley not be remebered as a nice experience.

Would not recommend this ship if you’re looking for an all inclusive none care free experience, wifi is also very bad which service members blame on your own phone . Some packages don’t work for some restaurants which is not explained previously before boarding .

Cruise has not even left yet and it has been a horror show! These guys are a bunch of clowns!! The website is completely screwed up, NEVER works. Staying at Ocean Cay for two days so booked a cabana for the first day and can't book one for the second day because the website says we already booked a cabana!! They have charged us over $1,000 for "something" and have been on customer service call for 75 minutes now and they say they are getting us a supervisor but they never get one! They can't even tell us what the $1,000 charge is for! We should have listened to the reviewers who said to stay far away from this clown-show and book anywhere else, even with Gilligan on the SS MInnow, before going with this worthless, useless, inept, incompetent clown-show called MSC Cruises. STAY FAR AWAY! BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED AND RIPPED OFF!!!!

This was a last minute cruise with 2 friends. The rate was excellent for a balcony room, that’s why I went. I had done Royal and Carnival but MSC was above them. I have nothing negative to say at all. I will be going back on MSC for sure 😁.

We enjoyed this cruise so much! Service and food was amazing!! We enjoyed every meal that we had in the dining room! So many good choices. The dishes turned out to be better than their descriptions! Order the sorbet at dinner- a different flavor every night and each one was delicious! We tipped a lot along the way- $1 here and there and we had impeccable service. I know there’s a service charge already but when it’s spread amongst the staff- it’s just not enough. They deserve more and they immensely appreciate it when you give a little extra. They made my 4 year old feel like he was at a family reunion. They made things for him, danced with him, played with him, taught him games, performed magic tricks, gave him free gelato, and unlimited high fives and fist bumps. He really enjoyed our vacation and so did we! Be polite and patient and smile!
