Horrible customer service, beautiful ship with large rooms

Porters refused ro take our 9pk. of water with our luggage so we had ro carry on board ro our stateroom while MSC staff commented on how heavy it must be-not one person offered to carry it ro our room for us!!

Stateroom attendant didn't give us the menu to order room our continental breakfast the 2nd night. The bar tenders suck- we waited long periods for drinks while at every bar, when rhey did finally take our order they'd stop to take other others or perform other duties before giving us our items, they didn't have standard bar items when asked, bar attendants in the pool area NEVER asked us if we wanted a drink
