This was a last minute cruise with 2 friends. The rate was excellent for a balcony room, that’s why I went. I had done Royal and Carnival but MSC was above them. I have nothing negative to say at all. I will be going back on MSC for sure 😁.

We were in line for almost 3 hours waiting to check in. All the paperwork could have been done online and the process would have been way faster. They had people walking in the lines checking for COVID 19 negative test result before you could get to the other person verifying the vaccination card. They were using cellphones to take pictures of the card. After that some more waiting to reach the counter. Once at the counter they will take the picture, verify passport (that’s what I used), collect the health questionary, give you room card. This part went pretty fast.
Once inside the ship it was another experience! ❤️

We had the 6pm seating time at The Black Crab. The 1st night it was a little slow but the rest of the days was in and out. Bora was amazing! He knew how we wanted our food cooked. He made sure it was done right. The whole staff was incredibly courteous and attentive.
We had breakfast in the buffett area everyday! They had plenty of different breakfast things to eat. Lunch time was amazing! There was variety to chose from. The area was kept very clean and organized. The buffet staff was attentive all the time from the time you walked in and had sanitizer sprayed in your hand to the time you walked out.
Drinking package was a little expensive but we made sure to make it worth the price paid 😂. The only sad part is that by Tuesday they had ran out of Tito’s 😔.
The food at Ocean Cay was great! The bbq ribs deliciosas! The service was outstanding!

12213 room steward was amazing! He made sure to see us in the mornings when we went for breakfast and in the evening going to dinner. He would wish us a good day and would ask us how our day was. The room and bathroom was always clean.
Bora in table 775 was amazing as well. Every night he would ask us how was our day. He would give us suggestions on things to do as well.
We always visited the same bars (can’t remember their names) but they would let us know what bar they would be working the next day.
Customer service personnel was great! I don’t remember names but a guy from Paraguay and Haiti helped us with our cabin statement. They were very polite and took their time helping us.

A little confusing but we always found our ways. The whole ship was clean at all times of the day.

Do not trust the negative comments! I read some many of them before my trip and it turned out to be completely different!! Planning to go again!!
LOVED IT!!! The fact that we spent the night was amazing. On the 1st day we did the Ocean Cay Lagoon, lot of people there. On the 2nd day we did the Light house bay and we enjoy this one more.
Lunch was great both days!!!
We did the express disembarkation, it didn’t take that long. By 7:00am we were in line and as soon as we were cleared to disembark the whole process didn’t take that long. Once in Custom we had Passports ready to show, they did the face recognition thing and we were walking to the car.
