Review summary

This was our first MSC Cruise and it will not be our last. We were very satisfied with the ship, the staff, and our overall experience.

Embarkation

It took a while to embark. Three stops in a hot building until being able to get on the ship. First they check you have a reservation, then your covid tests, etc. and then another long line to give in all your papers and be registered and receive your room key. The terminal was very warm and uncomfortable.

The food in the main dining room was delicious. The buffet had many choices and was good. You will not go hungry.

Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the pools after our off ship activities. We were off the ship most of the time during the day. I would have liked to see more activities on board if one didn't want to be off the ship.

Entertainment

The stage shows were entertaining. I wish the comic had performed for a longer set as he was good and was only on for 30 minutes. We really enjoyed Master Chef at Sea and would have like more bingo games.

Even though our room was small it was very functional as we were only inside for sleeping and changing. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room to store everything.
