We purchased 2 cans of Pringles from the shop on board and they were stale upon opening them. Checked the expiration date and they were expired snacks, but we did not notice this until we were off ship. So could not return them.

Great. We were allowed to board ahead of our scheduled time, and we enjoyed that our drink package was available and buffet was open upon boarding. Luggage took longer than we thought to receive at the rooms, so we did not have a lot of time to change and prepare for our 6pm dinner. That was the only downside.

Buffet was good, yet would have liked to see avacado available. Pizza was great. 6pm dining restaurant was great, liked the menu options, yet Italian night food we did not care for, too bland, the pastas and italian foods in general. Drink options were excellent with our easy plus package! No complaints there. Desserts were great at the 6pm dinners every night! Dalvanir was excellent as our server at 6pm every night! So so warm and friendly and went above and beyond!
Onboard Activities

Pool/Hot Tubs/Fitness Center/Live music at various venues.
Lounge chairs are not comfortable and should be upgraded on ship.
Entertainment

For the most part we enjoyed all the live music we saw. Magic show was not great, but we loved the acrobat type show we saw.

Dalvanir at our 6pm dinner each night as our server was a HUGE plus! She was excellent. Also Francisco at the main bar on 5th was great. Those 2 staff members stood out the most for us.
We did come across a couple staff members that were less personable, but do not recall names.

Loved the cabin, no complaints! Maybe adding hair conditioner to the shower would be helpful and wash cloths.
Found the people at the market to be off putting with not very welcoming attitudes. We would avoid this particular cruise route and prefer to cruise elsewhere next time, but we loved MSC and Ocean Cay!
Quite pristine and gorgeous!! Would love to see other attractions added to this island. Pool, lazy river. Thought the buffet food was okay on island. Hamburgers not great. Had same food 2 days in a row would have preferred different on the 2nd day.
