The ship is extremely beautiful and huge. I was impressed by the number of entertainment area available for guests. as I walked down the hall of 7th floor each area had live music playing from jazz to piano and more. The food at the buffet mostly remained the same. My family and I enjoyed dinned at Villa Rossa. our waitresses Jennifer Briones and Mampi Mazumder made us feel at home. They went above and beyond to make all seven of us including the kids happy and special. They received us with a smile and acknowledge everyone by name. By the end of the cruise, they our likes and dislikes and provide the best service I've ever received on a cruise ship. This is coming from a person who love cruise at least 2-3 time a year. These two ladies made up for what was lacking for guest services. As experienced Cruser I was shocked by appalling behavior of the person by the name of Otillia. As I approached her desk for assistance she never smiled and made me felt like I was bothering her. She was loud and extremely rude. My brother who was standing with me couldn't believe her body language and loudness. As much as I loved MSC ship and the private island, I absolutely will not return. In a positive not, I like to recognize my Cabin steward. he was very professional, caring and considerate of my time for rest. He always made sure my cabin was clean and had fresh towels.

Definitely report that desk person and the only bad point of what sounded like a good cruise.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us. It sound like other than one idiot at guest services you had an enjoyable cruise. Anytime you encounter an idiot ask, for the supervisor. Don't quit sailing on MSC because of one idiot. I would report their actions to corporate, they will get rid of them so they do not lose anymore customers.
