Review summary

Unfortunatley - being a classic memeber of MSC - the Divina cruise will unfortunatley not be remebered as a nice experience.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
the fact that they do this process EVERY week- the waiting and organisations are terrible. Imagine standing in a cue with a 10 month baby for 3h30 min.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
This i can slightly understand as its NOT a Eurapian

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools and gym - very nice -

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Ships Excursions / Accounts / Internet packagaes - staff initially earger to get you set up and started , but thats where the service ends.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
trying to get to certain deck floors where rather challenging. Would help that there was an arrow now and again indicating whether you were walking to the back or front of the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
size OK knowing that 95% of the cruise is NOT spent in cabin

Ship tip

dont set expections too high if you have been on other MSC cruise ships.

Port Canaveral, Florida

Ha Ha Ha Ha - our excursion was cancelled and was just left at the port to try and work out what and where as the fight back (10 hrs after docking) was arranged according to doing the excursion and have the ship shuttle service assist trips from Port to site and airport.
