Review summary

Would not recommend this ship if you’re looking for an all inclusive none care free experience, wifi is also very bad which service members blame on your own phone . Some packages don’t work for some restaurants which is not explained previously before boarding .

The food is very hit or miss with definitely more misses. Absolutely no flavor added to food at most restaurants, seem as though food comes pre packaged and is just thrown on the plate.

Some activities on board but mostly at night , and additional fees are added as you go which is not mentioned previously.

Some waiters and service people are great and greet you . However the security on board is very rude and their approach is awful when it comes to getting on and off the boat. Service desk members place blame on to ship passengers and no questioned are answered

Ship design is very confusing often end up having to walk through entire sections without knowing where you’re going. Several different elevators with no direction as to where you are

Ship tip

Honestly would not recommend, fees are constantly added even if you purchased a package. Nothing is explained, and often times your getting different information from service members nothing is consistent.

Food here is the best you will have , which is why it is disappointing they make you throw it out before getting on board. Which Honestly makes no sense why since it is a msc island.

That is what I hate about MSC the constant upselling and adding of charges.

Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. Several recent reviews raged the ship excellent. Food is very subjective. I found the food on my MSC cruise in January to be comparable to or better than Carnival or Royal Caribbean. Internet is rarely good on any ship for more than texting and possibly email.
