2nd cruise with MSC. Smaller but not small ship. Never felt crowded with the boat full. (2400 cruisers) Staff was the best ever! Food was adequate portions & a wide variety for lunch & dinner. Best pizza on the ocean! Always felt welcome & attended to by our wait staff & room steward! Shows were OK but short, maybe 30-45 minutes. Will certainly cruise with MSC again next year!

I would only recommend MSC Armonia if you are going in with eyes wide open. It lacks the ship experience that we have had on other cruise lines, but it was economical. Food was poor, moving of people on and off the ship poor, staff overall good, some even excellent.

Overall, I would rate sailing on the MSC Armonia 2 stars...More than likely I won't sail with MSC in the near future. I'll stick with the more updated cruise lines that I have sailed with in the past. I only selected MSC because it had the best itinerary (Havana Cuba). However, on June 5th that all changed and Havana Cuba was replaced with the Cayman Islands which was a big disappointment for me and family.

I feel this ship needs to be docked for good or WAY more upgrades need done. I wish I would have looked at reviews before booking because every bad review about the armonia was definitely correct. I wouldnt get back on this ship if it was free.

Cruise comes relatively cheap and you get what you pay for on this ship.

The hospitality of MSC's staff/crew is something to be noted and applauded. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We loved the diversity on the ship, of both the passengers and crew. We dined in main dining room each evening and the staff there is outstanding (especially our waiters, Gerald & Paolo). We were pleased with our balcony cabin and grateful to have such a wonderful cabin steward, Faneja, who kept our room in tip top shape. Only downside was the size of the shower and the fact that water seeped into the rest of the bathroom no matter how careful we were. Wonderful spray park/splash pad for kids! Everyone seemed to be having fun on the pool deck. Great tunes. Attended and enjoyed most of the nightly theater shows. Our excursions with MSC were great and we enjoyed ourselves. We were very disappointed not to visit Cuba, however that is not MSC's fault. We felt that 1/2 day at Georgetown, Cayman Islands, was not fair compensation to replace 2 days in Cuba, especially since after the slow tender process we were only at 7 Mile Beach for 2 hours. Should've been at least a full day in a port.

I really enjoyed it. I'm a smoker and it has several smoking areas which other ships don't have.

This ship should not be in the Caribbean. MSC should reposition to Europe where smaller ships work better in smaller ports like Venice. Not going to Havana was not the fault of MSC, but I can say with certainty, all on the cruise booked Armonia because of going to Cuba. Take that port away upfront and that ship would have been empty. I know I would not have booked it.

Terrible experience on board. The air conditioners were not working properly. The employees never know the places onboard or activities. The Key West destination was not suitable for us that lives in Miami. The food was OK but not outstanding like in other cruise lines. The staff at entertainment were always the same people. I will never recommend this cruise line to anybody.

This was our honeymoon cruise and we only booked it because we were going to Cuba. No one contacted us about our itinerary change so we finally called and they told us we would not be getting a full refund only 25% Back, but could change to another cruise. We asked about the two other cruises around our dates and they told us that was possible, then they said both were sold out. We had no other option but to go. Also they changed our Cuba itinerary to Key West which was a bummer. You would think they would change a country with another country, not an American port 3 and a half hours away from our original port. Also, when we signed up they said they would give us $100 onboard credit, do not believe this. They do this for you to book with them and then hope you forget about it. The staff were really friendly and nice, the best part about the cruise. 42 of us on board we’re getting rashes and decided to figure out what was going on. The water coming out of our sinks and bathtubs were dirty. Sadly we found this out at the end of our cruise, I had taken 3-4 baths in this dirty water not knowing about it. I would not recommend this cruise line to anyone.

Let’s begin by expressing it is not their fault that Donald Trump cancelled the trips to Cuba but there are unacceptable things that happened in the cruise. First of all, our room was double booked, so we had to change rooms.How is it possible? Your system? Someone didn’t do their job! In addition, our friends couldn’t sleep! Room 7069 sucked! The air conditioner didn’t work, not to mention the plumbling! You had to flush the toilet several times! The 4th of July party sucked as well, no fireworks,just the same performers doing the same crappy routines, you have got to be ashamed of yourselves! We are not coming back ever again! We are world travelers, used to high quality customer service and on this ship noone wants to take responsibility for the bad quality service.J”Only two persons know their job and about quality customer service: Romnick Malagay and Tri,they’re excellent workers.

We chose this cruise and cruise company solely for the opportunity to go to Cuba. We were switched to Key West instead, which was great but we were very much looking forward to Cuba. I think this cruise should definitely put more effort into live music or music playing throughout the ship because it was lacking. Regardless the ship was comfortable, had plenty of food/bars, and the ports we stopped at were incredible.

Everything from the actual ship to the staff to the entertainment and all of the many excursions that were offered was all top notch! I would definitely book again with MSC!

We had a great experience with MSC. The Armonia feels a bit outdated and common areas are too small. The pool area was the biggest disappointment and the dining areas did not have enough spaces to sit.

It was an ok cruise. Not impressed but not 100 % disappointed. I am very upset about my cabin situation and that makes me not want to cruise with MSC again. I feel that there was almost no where to escape from the heat and what was worse was that no one did anything to make the situation better or fix it. We even requested a fan if they had one. That's how bad it was.

needs better shows ,comedy, refurbished boat, have more food variety.

The food was terrible, staff miserable, they were overwhelmed and overworked and were very vocal about it

The cruise ship staff did an excellent job for the curve ball they were handed. We had fun but just don't think the decision to only get a $400 credit per room was fair for not going to the main trip destination. It especially wasn't fair for people that booked suites and spent $4000+.

The service at the restaurant was terrible. The entertainment was great. Overall the experience wasn't what we expected.

The cruise line and crew were so apologetic for what the President did They were great from the cruise line. Captain, Cruise director, dining room staff, entertainment and stateroom staff
