I feel this ship needs to be docked for good or WAY more upgrades need done. I wish I would have looked at reviews before booking because every bad review about the armonia was definitely correct. I wouldnt get back on this ship if it was free.

The buffet has the same food everyday. We tried eating at our main dining room listed on our sail card, and my husband and I both ended up getting sick after eating at Marco polo.

We tried getting in the pools but the water was basically hot and full of kids splashing everywhere. Being they close the pools every night at 9 it doesnt give adults time to swim in peace.

There is only 15 machines in the corner of the room for smokers, with that being said some points you would have people who smoke basically standing on top of each other in a little corner because it was the only smoking area.

The steward on one of the floors we had a room on was absolutely amazing! Due to the air not working properly in our room we were switched to another room (after arguing with guest services for 3 days) and the steward on that floor didnt speak english very well but seemed very nice. Guest services personnel was very rude about our situation and it wasnt until I demanded to speak to the guest services manager that something was done about the issue. Chanel (guest services manager) is absolutely amazing, she upgraded our room to a balcony because of the issues we had prior to speaking with her.

Certain elevators only go above floor 9, so if you walked to the wrong elevator you would have to go to the other end to the other elevators. The elevators constantly sounded like they were breaking down, it got to the point where my husband and I would just take the stairs. The main floors of the ship were pretty well cleaned and maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin size is very small. The air never worked the 3 days we waited for numerous maintenance to fix it. Finally after refusing to leave guest services desk until I spoke with the manager, it wasnt until then that they scheduled me an appointment at 6:00 p.m. with her. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! But this whole ship is unorganized and we heard nothing but complaints from multiple other couples on the ship.
If you havent purchased an excursion, then good luck getting to a beach. This place was horrible for people begging you to take an excursion with them.
