Overall, I liked this cruise. It was my first and I enjoyed it, it was my favorite. Best trip ever!
Embarkation

The check in service was fast, painless, and easy.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The specialty restaurant (La Pergola) was amazing. The buffet could have different choices everyday, but it was overall boring because it was the same almost everyday all day.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I loved the pools, and the activities that the activity person held, except an activity staff worker was rude to me and said I couldn't play ping pong (table tennis) when the paper (daily planner) said it was 18+ only, but he claimed it was 21+ only. He was lying then called me some rude names and made me leave.
Entertainment
I didn't use/see any entertainment.
Children's Programs
I don't have kids so I didn't use the kid's club/entertainment.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our waiter Anil at La Pergola was amazing. He was nice, funny, and comforting.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Some people left their buffet and bar cups in the middle of the hallway of the cabins, sometimes it didn't bother me because some people has it on the side so the workers can come pick it up, however, other times they would just leave it on the floor where people are trying to walk by so that was sometimes uncomfortable.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size was nice, and we had a balcony because it was the balcony type cabin. It was nice, clean, and our cleaning lady was nice and friendly.
Ship tip
Make sure to bring a credit/debit card just in case you want to add it to your cruise card to purchase things. My mom said she wasn't going to purchase anything, but we did. So I recommend doing that.
We weren't notified correctly by the excursion person that we needed a bathing suit to do dolphin encounter so we weren't prepared at all. Basically my mom wasted money.
We went on a tour, we went to a chocolate factory and on the excursion paper which has descriptions of each of the excursion the tour said we can make our own chocolate. Fun fact: WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE OUR OWN CHOCOLATE. DON'T DO THIS EXCURSION IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO MAKE CHOCOLATE.
I liked the Grand Cayman tour we did. I got to hold a turtle at the turtle sanctuary. I also went to rum cake shop and the description of the excursion said we were going to a factory. DON'T DO THIS EXCURSION IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO SEE HOW RUM CAKE IS MADE.
The disembarkation line was too long, but eventually we made it off the boat. The customs line was long, but we made it as well to our excursion point at the Miami Port.
