Review summary
Terrible experience on board. The air conditioners were not working properly. The employees never know the places onboard or activities. The Key West destination was not suitable for us that lives in Miami. The food was OK but not outstanding like in other cruise lines. The staff at entertainment were always the same people. I will never recommend this cruise line to anybody.Embarkation
