This ship should not be in the Caribbean. MSC should reposition to Europe where smaller ships work better in smaller ports like Venice. Not going to Havana was not the fault of MSC, but I can say with certainty, all on the cruise booked Armonia because of going to Cuba. Take that port away upfront and that ship would have been empty. I know I would not have booked it.
Embarkation

MSC had lots of open desks to check passengers on to the ship. Tool just a few minutes
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food was average at best. The Buffet was always a big crowd seen even when just a few people were there. Facilities were so small that you hardly had room to move or sit.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
2 pools were OK. Be advised that they are 6' Deep with now shallow end. One ladder in each pool was terrible with so many people coming and going. Deck activities were almost non existent. Very little live music and far too much loud Hip Hop.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Addams Family was beyond awful. Poor fitting costumes and if it were not for the side performers like the Chinese contortionists, that show would have been unwatchable. We did enjoy the crew show. They were bad but were supposed to be so it was funny. The last nights show was OK, until Eric (Cruise Director) started begging for good survey reviews.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
We had 2 great people that served us in the dining room. Jayve Malones and Karina Rios. They were amazing. Cant say enough about these two people. Loved both of them!!! Our Cabin Steward was not so good.
Ship Quality

Layout was so small that I had to press my back against the wall in the cabin just to walk around the bed. No room for suitcases under the beds so they stayed out. The ship was clean but the space in the ship was simply nonexistent.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were actually in 7077. Ocean View.....Sort of. We saw a life boat thru our dirty window. At least there was natural light. The beds were comfortable but the room size was the smallest by far that I have ever seen, and we cruise a lot. If this ship was not supposed to go to Cuba, I would never have booked it. And in the end, we didnt even get to go to Cuba.
Ship tip
Cancel and book a different ship if you can. If you cruised before, this will be a big dissapointment. I will not choose this ship again, even if the trip was free.
They were fast and organized. We live near Miami so we just got off the ship, hopped on a shuttle van to the parking garage and 90 minutes later........HOME
