Ports were great but the Armonia was not worth the money.

It was good except for the horrible directions to find our room on Deck 7. So many people were complaining that they couldn't find their rooms. You had to go up to 8 then walk then down the stairs to Deck 7. They didn't tell.tou which elevator and the direction. Ugh! Never experienced this on another ship.

Food was terrible!!! They over booked the second dining and didn't tell us. Meat was tough and food was bland. The staff was overworked. Seemed like they were not prepared for our cruise. MSC Poesia is better.

Eric the cruise director was great and the staff on the pool deck as well as competition games. Theater shows were average.

My travel agent paid money to send me a birthday cake for my birthday and I never received it. Our room Steward was NOT good. Buffet staff was great. Bar Tenders were good! Waiter and assistant waiter was very nice.

Phone Jack was ripped out of the phone..did not work. The window was dirty and full of brown grease or something. Everytime we walked to leave or use the bathroom in our room, we tripped. A hole of some sort was growing in the floor. The floor creaked was indented. I took video and complained. They did nothing until I came back home. They were lucky that we did not get hurt.
