More people to direct or provide directions is needed. Elevators are to small for this size ship However, it’s the cleanest ship I’ve ever been on .

All in all, it was a good cruise. The standout stars were Jess and Ora from Bar Della Rosa and Wisnu, our stateroom attendant. However, there is room for improvement, particularly with the dining room staff; Yogi and Paul need additional training. We never received table service, and it took over 45 minutes just to have our presence acknowledged. By then, we needed to disembark the ship, so we decided to leave. Additionally, the internet and chat features weren’t working for the first couple of days. As for the ports, Aruba was okay, but our favorite was surprisingly Bonaire! We really enjoyed Sebastian’s.

For most part was a great cruise just wish they had more choice of food at the buffet love my cabin room love room service and are room Stewart and the specially restaurants where great and main dining room was good specially at breakfast the ports where very nice at beaches and the tour I took was great in concluding I would go on Mardi Gras again knowing what I know

We have a wonderful time cruising on Mardi Gras! this was our second time. I like the ship and the many activities, bars, and food choices that is offered.

Carnival cruise lines offer the best of everything. There was even a roller coaster and water slide on the ship. The pool decks are great. Lots of time in the sun. Food is top notch and the entertainment is amazing. Couldn't be happier. I'm thinking of booking the same cruise for 2025. Loved this ship.

Most of the cruise was great. However I did feel like some corners were cut. But I’m also taking into consideration the amount of people that were on the ship. I will honestly say I didn’t feel that the normal love and care that carnival has had (in my experience) was on this boat. There was no “wow” factor for me when we boarded. I really enjoyed boarding a ship and being greeted by a nice beautiful atrium! This boat didn’t have that. Sure it was big but there wasn’t one big wow factor. But overall I was very satisfied and this will never stop me from cruising carnival.

It was a great family cruise. It was full but still manage to get chairs in the shade by the pool, kids got to do the slides, ropes and rollercoaster. We had great weather…except Puerto Rico. Food was good. Service was good.

Overall, our family enjoyed our cruise. Looking forward to book another cruise with Carnival.

Wonderful cruise! Carnival has slacked and gotten rid of a lot of the classic carnival ways. Was disappointed in that but still an exceptional cruise.

I wish the roller coaster worked for the kids. And I wish they had more variety of food there and not have to pay for every little nickel and dime and also the bubbles soda package. They need to update that and have more stations around the boat like I do on Royal Caribbean with a hard cup with a straw With fountain stations everywhere throughout the boat

This was a much needed getaway. A few small hiccups but nothing that has turned us away from sailing Carnival again.

I needed a back to back! I wish there were more of us on the ship this time. Really had fun with just the two of us though.

We paid a lot of money for an average cruise and average service! NOTHING special! And to top it off I came home with COVID! I would choose Royal Carribbean or Holland America or try another brand next time for sure!

Very relaxing cruise, not long wait times at all, people were spaced out, roller-coaster is genius, pleasant weather allowed longer pool time. Food was great, and the staff was very friendly and alert!
