Two DISAPPOINTING Specialty Dining (Steak House and Italian Restaurant) Experiences.
* At the Steak House, the Rib Eye Steak was 25%-30% Fat & Gristle; Requested Medium Rare & was prepared Medium - Service was EXCELLENT.
* At the Italian Restaurant ALL Dinner Courses ARRIVED SIMULTNEOUSLY - Service was DEFINITELY OVERWHELMED.
* After these two disappointing Specialty Dining experiences, I decided not to chance a third disappointing experience and CANCELLED my Rudi's Seafood reservation.
The strange thing ,,, had sailed twice before with Mardi Gras and the service and food was wonderful.
The Dining Room, Buffet, Guys Burgers and Big Chicken were, as usual, exceptional!!!

I purchased access to the Thermal Suite ,,, AGAIN ,,, DESPITE TWO previous DISAPPOINTING experiences AFTER being ASSURED by the Thermal Suite Spa Staff that the quiet issue of the space is now being addressed with Thermal Suite patrons. Passengers having access to the Thermal Suite DO NOT UNDERSTAND the QUIET nature of the facility. It is the ONLY QUIET SPACE on this Big Beautiful Ship. Having the ability to TALK ANYWHERE, WHENEVER, as LOUD as desired, for as LONG as desired on the ENTIRE Ship, DOES NOT SEEM TO BE SUFFICIENT - patrons of the Thermal Suite RUDELY believe this UNLIMITED CONVERSATIONAL ability extends to the Thermal Suite "Quiet" Zone as well. I am booked 2 weeks in the Spring of 2025 and will be onboard for the TRANSIT to Barcelona in the Fall of 2025. FOOL me ONCE, SHAME on you; FOOL me TWICE, SHAME on me; FOOLED THRICE, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
All other venues were excellent.
