Never saw the room steward except on last day when he expected an extra tip, Juan did not get one. Fabio at Red Frog bar was surly and rude. Completely enjoyed Chiba’s staff of Tri, David, Michael, Kevin and zone. Gerry in Casino was amazing and just loved him. Staff experience on other parts of ship were not up to par and the Blue Iguana staff were slow and rude

If you didn't like Mardi Gras then you probably aren't going to like Jubilee you have booked in 2025. Same type and size of ship.

Sorry your experience wasn't a good one. I love this big beautiful ship 🚢 I have never been on a bad ship and out of 25 coming up on 26 cruises never been on a bad cruise.

Thank you for your review. We’ve been on the Mardi Gras twice but we do prefer a smaller class ship as well, just our preference.
