Review summary

I wish the roller coaster worked for the kids. And I wish they had more variety of food there and not have to pay for every little nickel and dime and also the bubbles soda package. They need to update that and have more stations around the boat like I do on Royal Caribbean with a hard cup with a straw With fountain stations everywhere throughout the boat

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was pretty easy to get on the ship. Traffic was a little heavy but or not it was pretty easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
There was lot of restaurants that you had to pay extra. The buffet should have more variety of food. I think the bubbleless drink package should have a cup like a royal caribbean with there sofa packages. I think a child shouldn’t go to the bar to get a soda. In the buffet the fountains drinks were always broken. The system is broken for the soda package, also should be able to get bottle water in the package.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The roller coaster was broken the whole time on our cruise. That one of the reason we went on that trip for the kids to be on the roller coaster. The pool is overcrowded.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The comedy shows were awesome.

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Send my kids one day and they hated it. Kids were fighting calling names saying racial slurs.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Alfonso, our staff that made our beds. Every day was awesome.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was always getting repaired on deck 16 at the Lido deck. They were always fixing the floor from being warped.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The bed was somewhat comfortable at times was uncomfortable.

My wife and kids had excursion. They had a blast, but I wish the port was closer to a beach to relax.

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5
This was the best port we had. The beach was right there. The excursion was right there for my kids to do Flo Rida and all the shops were nearby.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Had no issues leaving.
