Everything was beautiful until the last night of the cruise. We witnessed a horrible incident at the casino. First, I wanted to thank the good Samaritans who started CPR. Took about 13 minutes for 1 person from the medical team to respond and about 22 minutes for the doctors, nurses to show up. This is unacceptable. I'm not sure if the security personnel needs to be Retrain on how to react in a situation like this, or if is in fact your medical staff that needs to be Retrain and how to respond quick in case of an emergency. It was horrible 😢 😫

My cruise was wonderful after waiting all these months and going through all the protocols it was just what I needed I fun cruise on a fun ship. I will be cruising soon because this was such a great time

Really enjoyed the ship. Loved all the restaurant options for lunch/dinner. Wish there was self service laundry. Also wish aft rooms were a little larger. Otherwise great cruise!

Overall a fun and entertaining cruise... but with the new ship I thought that 5he staterooms would be more efficient...not less... very tight...and there’s no way that the pool areas can handle a cruise ay 100% capacity

Best Carnival Cruise. Ship was fantastic and everyone on board was perfect. (Except some of the passengers) LOL. It is still tue Funships afterall.

Overall great cruise, great ship, great staff and great time. Already in the works of booking another Mardi Gras Cruise!!

This cruise was packed!!!! Especially the casinos. I can’t imagine when it’s running at full capacity. Had to stay extra vigilant with our safety protocols. When we were on the Magic it was a ghost town. Had a great time didn’t even get a chance to see the rollercoaster on deck 18. We probably won’t book again unless we get an incredible deal or they lower the capacity. Have to give them time to get the kinks worked out. They need to master the art of serving well seasoned food and delivering that food hot to the table. This was the cruise director last cruise and they didn’t announce who was taking his place. He did a pretty good job.

This cruise was disappointing in so many ways. I've been on 5 other cruise's, none of those were disappointing. All 13 of us were looking forward to this cruise for a long time & we had to new comer's to cruising with us. It was good that I had all my family and friends to spend time with. But all had many compliments.

Everything was really good, happy to be back on the water. It is only sailing 60%~70% right now to really nice to be on the ship with so much room. Lots of open space, lots to do, nice to be on a new ship. Only problem areas are the bathrooms in the room have shrunk, the casino is way too crowded even at 70% capacity and the same for the lido deck, pools, and comedy lounges. Even at 70% capacity those areas were just over packed so at 100% capacity those are not going to be enjoyable areas at the busy times.

We had been to all three ports on this cruise. We just wanted to go on the new ship. I can’t imagine the ship being full capacity. There was already a shortage of seats in the grand central area and in the comedy clubs. We had around 3800 passengers and full capacity is 6500. If you want to watch a show, play bingo or go to comedy, you need to arrive 20-30 minutes early

Fantastic, the ship is the reason to sail not the ports.

Great trip wish they had sign ups for comedy club other than that great bars and fun stuff to do

Nice cruise on a very nice, new ship. This ship is great as the food options are many with more restaurants onboard, and the entertainment was very good. Chris, the Flying Scotsman, our Cruise Director, was great.

This ship is awesome. From the food to the amenities this ship is awesome. The crew was amazing, maybe the best we’ve ever had. Beautiful, well organized, we loved Mardi Gras!

Great to be back! The weather was great. The ship is awesome. The food was enjoyable. The drinks was wet and strong, like we like. Most of all my company was incredible (25 yr marriage anniversary)!!

My wife and I had a great cruise everything from the crew to the food all of the venues it was an experience I’ll always be trying to live up to on my next cruises. One week was simply not enough time on this amazing new ship really hated to go home

Really enjoyed our cruise, but disappointed in the entertainment and perks for suite passengers compared to your experience for the past 25 cruises with Royal Caribbean. The casino on this ship is fabulous and huge. Great dining choices as well as casual lunches and breakfast. Buffet at the Marketplace was very so so with limited choices. They did a great job accommodating smoking on the 8th floor outdoor bar. We met lovely people that made the week very joyful!
