Review summary

Everything was beautiful until the last night of the cruise. We witnessed a horrible incident at the casino. First, I wanted to thank the good Samaritans who started CPR. Took about 13 minutes for 1 person from the medical team to respond and about 22 minutes for the doctors, nurses to show up. This is unacceptable. I'm not sure if the security personnel needs to be Retrain on how to react in a situation like this, or if is in fact your medical staff that needs to be Retrain and how to respond quick in case of an emergency. It was horrible 😢 😫

The ship is beautiful...but my favorite part of the ship is the glass stairs where I took the best pictures ever. Very clean, constantly staff were cleaning around the ship.

Glad you managed to enjoy your cruise in spite of the horrific incident. Unfortunately that will always be a part of this particular cruise experience. I hope you mention it in your post cruise survey so the cruiseline can make some improvements in their response times.
