Had it not been for the terrible Allegro dining room experience it would have been a great cruise.

Main dining room experience was terrible, we travelled as a large family group of 10 with a 1 year old baby. Dining Room staff absolutely refused to seat us together. On at least 3 nights saw the staff push tables together and seated 2 groups of 12 and 1 group of 14. Called to make dining room reservations when we got on the ship told them we wanted 6:30 PM for the entire cruise, showed up on day 2 no reservation, person called on day one made the reservation for 1 evening not for the duration of the cruise, Time was changed to 7:30 PM the rest of the week! 3 nights we dined in other dining areas and guess what we were seated together?!

Giving this a 4 because of our wonderful cabin steward and most of the ship personnel. Wait staff and especially the Allegro Dining Room manager were extremely rude and not helpful.
