Overall.....premier package we thought was worth it, although the wi-fi isn't the best if you want to do wi-fi calling (it sometimes work, sometimes, doesn't). Alaska was beautiful and relaxing. Worth the trip.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
We flew in the day of the cruise (we won't do that again) and of course the flight was delayed (even though we booked a morning flight). We arrived at airport around 1 pm (cruise ship leaving at 3 pm). Luckily, we booked the shuttle through princess, so they waited for us. The only thing was that since we were so late, we have to take our own bags to the room. So smooth process since we were the last ones on the ship (well there were about 30 of us who were late so we were not the only ones).
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Do yourself a favor and go to the specialty restaurants! FOOD IS FANTASTIC! Food is great at the buffet as well (better than other cruise lines). Drinks are great and not watered down at all! Any drink you want, they have!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We didn't get in the pool, but it looked clean. We did use they gym which was a good size and clean.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
So this isn't a carnival cruise ship.....it's more relaxing than anything. Activities are low key and we weren't that interested in most of them....things like an egg drop, pickleball, game shows. We did enjoy the comedy shows!
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
So service was good in some places (like at specialty restaurants and dedicated dining rooms), but the buffet service was just ok. Sometimes the staff would walk right pass you for drinks. You have to find them and ask........sometimes they would forget to come back with what you ordered.
Ship Quality

Beautiful and clean ship
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort and size was good. It was ok, but I didn't think it was top notch. Plus staff didn't change sheets the entire 7 day cruise.
