Probably need more bartenders to get people served more quickly. Always had to wait regardless of where the bar was.

Explore the entire ship. There were places I didn't even see and now regret not having gone there--like the ice skating rink and some of the other bars.

Go to the Lido Deck for everything!! Skip the dining room unless you just want the fancy experience.

Don't feel like you need to eat in the main dining room to get good food! The Windjammer had many of the same main dishes only there were hundreds of choices rather than just a few. The staff in there are wonderful as well! Also, use the different children's programs!

Take time the first day to walk around and document where everything is located. You'll still get lost but that's part of the fun! If you happen to be lucky enough to get Heethcliff as your room attendant you'll want to take him home!

Windjammer is always good for an early dinner if you want to feed the kids and drop them at camp so you can have a quiet dinner for two.

Not quiet Oasis class but it's up there, I've been on the Oasis and have plans for the Quantum in 2015 as we will share 50 years of marriage my wife and I. Not a complaint in the entire group

I liked the cruise finder on every floor by the stairs and elevators. No one should ever get lost on this magnificent ship.

Get to the Solarium early if you want to get a chaise. Most are taken by 8:00am at the latest.

If your handicap expect to wait awhile for departure because they only had a few attendants to handle over 50 people who needed wheel chairs. No refunds when you buy in the shops because they want you as a customer to buy something else and keep your bill the same!!!!!!!

Ship is nice, but the employees were so rud. Entertaiment was very boring. Wave runner closed half the time, and when it was open they had if for employees only.

Should have more information or instruction for the first timer. Provide at least 2 complimentary drinking water for each state room if can.
