Took 2 hours  standing in line to get chek in, and 3 hours to leave the ship. The dinners  where served cold, and the serving sizes smaller then before.. Every night the same food, with ony 1 item change. The  staff serving dinners talked to fast and could not understand their ENGLISH.   Had to wait at least 15 minutes before server would show up, with menu's and water. Then  try to find someone to refill water, coffe, or soda AND RETURN COLD UNCOOKED FOOD. Ane  for this I HAD TO PAY $180.00 FOR TIPS FOR THESE PEOPLE.  This was our 5th cruise with Royal Carribean, what waste of my money. And we are VIP CUSTOMERS AND SENOIRS.
