We love this ship and cruise line. Staff is so friendly and willing to help you any way they can. Will definitely join them on our next cruise.

Great cruise. We had some incredible service and food the whole trip.

LOVED IT..Hope to go back next year. Food, entertainment & staff were beyond my expectation. We traveled with a large group of 30 + 7 we were all doing different things at different times because there were so many options. Looking to book againsoon

Had a great cruise but they damaged my power chair. I had just gotten it and this was the first cruise I had taken it on and they scratched it all up. Doesn't look like a new chair now. They came and looked at it was told to file a claim. Did that but here it is 4 months latter and still waiting on the check. Every time I call the give me the run around. You can't even talk to a manager. I am not a happy camper. If you have a claim make them pay right there. My daughter lost her pillow and every time she ask if it was found she was told no. It was in her room why can they not find it. It was a very expensive pillow. why is their claims so awful? The crew is so nice they go above and beyond.

Never go on this cruise again nor recommend it. The ship was not clean the rooms were not clean the food was not good not enough water in the rooms medical facilities unacceptable in the med centre.

I wanted to buy a non-alcoholic drink package but was told no as my roommate was buying the alcohol one. I have 41 years sobriety and told the bartendar. He said I needed a letter from my doctor. He then said he would call his manager and eventually I was allowed to buy what I wanted. For someone with less sobriety this could have been devastating. PLEASE handle this differently maybe by letting people know ahead of time.

This was our first experience with Royal Caribbean but this was our fourth cruise and my favorite by far. The ship is well designed and I love the Promenade on the 5th floor. There is so much to do on the ship and also so many places to find a quiet place to read. Carnival has a “party like it’s your last day on earth” vibe and my experience with Liberty was “let’s relax and have fun” vibe. This fit our family perfectly.

Overall it was a great trip and one that I will definitely take again (with a different cabin location or after it dry docks in 2021).

Had a great time! I figured out that a 7 day cruise is the perfect length. Disappointed with the entertainment schedule...only 1 big show. Food was good and service was great! I prefer Florida ports. The whole ship was from Texas I think! I love Texas, but....sheesh! I also don't like having 3 ports days in a row. I wish there were broken up a little with sea days. But all in all, great cruise!

Overall ...very good experience

Good considering this was my 103 cruise. New stops would be nice for your frequent Galveston cruisers.

It was a perfect cruise. It was Halloween week and the cruise line had so many activities planned for us. Would definitely go again on Halloween.

Sailing on Liberty of the seas in 2018 we checked out and back the towels on the dock. Very angry that I had to continue to carry a heavy wet towel back to deck 11 to return 3 times! All 3 ports were the same. No excuse for that. But I would like to hear why you changed the process to burden the passengers. Even the officers said that I could return the towels right inside the gang plank. NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!! In Cozumel the Oasis of the seas was returning towels on the dock! Don’t make me have to go to deck 11 after a busy day onshore. I am trying to shower and get ready for dinner. Then, I was planning to record leaving the Roatan port from my balcony and the ship left 10 minutes early!!!!!!!!!!!! Never leave the port early! There is no reason to leave early!!!!!!! People are taking video and photos of the departure. I missed taking that video. Announce that you are going to leave early on the PA! Just don't blast your horn as you have already left the dock!!!!!! I was made to feel that my cruise in 2018 was better that this because you went out of your way to not have 1 person returning towels at the dock. Really? You set yourselves back instead of making me feel that this cruise was better that in 2018. I brought 3 of my friends for their first cruise and they could see that I was upset from the towel issue. Improve and do better. Think about the impacts to your guests.

Overall great for our first cruise. We will be looking at different options for next year. We were not found of being on the ship for two and a half days.

Service on the Liberty of the Seas was wonderful from embarkation to room service to dining in the main dining room, Chops, and Giovani restaurants. All the staff in the dining room and restaurants were very friendly, courteous, and took pride in their jobs.
