Review summary

Never go on this cruise again nor recommend it. The ship was not clean the rooms were not clean the food was not good not enough water in the rooms medical facilities unacceptable in the med centre.

Been on Liberty multiple times and can't wait to go back next year!! Sorry your feel the way you do, but cruising is what you make of it. We love cruising, love Royal Caribbean, love Liberty of the Seas, love the crew, love everything about it.

Everytime I see a useless review of a mainstream cruise ship, I'm always left to wonder. What is clean? What is good? But it always sounds like someone choose the wrong cruise. If you only stay at the "Ritz Carlton" or expect the Ritz, then sail on Seabourn or a similar luxury line. I have had to ask housekeeping about cleaning in the past 1 time. I have had a cruise where I did not enjoy the foods that I would usually choose at home. That almost made me stop cruising. It's all a matter of asking a chef, a waiter for something different, if something can be prepared different, especially in the Speciality restaurants. - If you take a cloth and wipe the hand rail or furnishings of a balcony especially an aft balcony and you see it turn dark or black, that is called soot. It comes from the exhaust. If that means not clean, then so be it. They need a suite with a Butler to constantly wipe down in port or a Haven suite on NCL or the RC equivalent on the new upcoming Quantum ultra ships.

Sounds like an elitist eho didn't get her way every time she expected someone to jump. I'm quite sure the experience was as bad as you say. You consider yourself a queen and then expect to be treated as one.......this just doesnt happen on ships. You were disappointed because your lever if service was way higher than what was given. I really hate reading reviews like yours, because you feel you entitled to the world and when it doesn't happen, out comes your poison pen. BTW, the water on ships is probably cleaner than what comes out of your faucet at home, and quite frankly cleaner than so called bottled water. Do the planet a favor and get a glass next time you are thirsty, instead of the "purified" bottled water in a plastic bottle.

You didn't like the ship or the ports. We have loved every Royal Caribbean cruise we have taken. If you had complaints, did you go to guest services? Maybe cruising isn't for you.

Yes cruising isn’t for everyone. Funny how one review is terrible and the next is great for the same time and same cruise. I’m sure you will find what fits you when it comes to vacationing.
