Review summary
Had a great cruise but they damaged my power chair. I had just gotten it and this was the first cruise I had taken it on and they scratched it all up. Doesn't look like a new chair now. They came and looked at it was told to file a claim. Did that but here it is 4 months latter and still waiting on the check. Every time I call the give me the run around. You can't even talk to a manager. I am not a happy camper. If you have a claim make them pay right there. My daughter lost her pillow and every time she ask if it was found she was told no. It was in her room why can they not find it. It was a very expensive pillow. why is their claims so awful? The crew is so nice they go above and beyond.Embarkation
