LOVED IT..Hope to go back next year. Food, entertainment & staff were beyond my expectation. We traveled with a large group of 30 + 7 we were all doing different things at different times because there were so many options. Looking to book againsoon

we mostly ate in the main dining room. Food was good, meat pretty good but not super good.We only ate at buffet for breakfast. Pretty good but line for omlettes was long because they didnt have enough staff cooking them
Onboard Activities

we had a blast at the rock wall, surfing area, slides ( altho the height limit is way stricter then Disneyworld,six flags, & Disney ship), splash pad very good. Ice show, ice skating, musical, aerial show, name that tune, adult game show, KArokee all great...we were busy the whole time! The only bummer was picking which one to choose from when they were both going at the same time

FANTASTIC,,parades fun but they had them at 11pm when the kids are way past bed time so they missed them,,shows very entertaining and not too long...MUST get there early because the seats fill up way too fast

This is the only place we were really disappointed in. Really needs some work. It felt like they werent that organized & our kids didnt really want to go back the second time, where in past cruises they loved it. Need s to be more options of what to do..not ALL kids doing the same thing at same time..some want options because its not their thing to do one or the other..they are 6, 8 & 10 & all said it was "lame"

all around pretty dang good ..4 1/2 stars..everyone was so friendly & good attitiude.. Our steward was nice, & called us by name, but I think hes a little shy because we are used to them getting involved with asking kids how their day was, what they like, etc...just being involved & friendly...nothing bad about him, just more reserved..Our waiter Nurul was really fun & loved getting involved with all of us & the kids s was Alejandro..great experience

pretty good...could tell by the end of cruise that things were getting a little smelly ( carpets) I liked thqt ther were antibacterial stations all around & they made suer your hands were clen when u went in to buffet by pumping wash in ur hands

very surprised at how much storage room there was..was nice to have bunks come out of ceiling to give more room too
Ship tip
great experience...liked that we booked our own excursions..hired a driver for the day in Cozumel that took use everywhere, so it was our OWN tour & not crowded.Get there early to board to you can avoid the main crowds & enjoy the most of your ship
little scary getting off & having a protest right outside where you leave the & get your excursion...got squished in a mosh pit & couldnt move either way, but finally got thru & drove 30 minutes to beautiful beach to relax
FAVORITE..hired private driver, Sonny Tushiro Hernandez who had a van for 15 of us. Great communication thru text, email until we met him. took us to Sur Punta Park where we climbed the lighthouse, saw ruin, alligator, then went to beautiful beach with great snorkeling..not crowded, lounge chairs, umbrellas & great food..great day & we HIGHLY recommend hiring him

not as bad as I thought. dont HAVE to go at time posted,we stayed a little longer to enjoy the ship.. they have it well organized so it wasnt too crowded going out
Glad you enjoyed it! It’s amazing how people can experience the same exact thing so differently. Someone just posted a review of the exact same cruise dates and said it was horrible, not clean, terrible food, etc. and said no one should ever take this ship.
