Review summary

Variety of activities on board the ship, fulfillment of what was promised and some basics are the clue for a pleasant vacation. But when activities are repetitive or the same ones a previous cruises taken seven to ten years ago, it becomes boring by the third day.  It becomes worse if the person in charge of the room keeping provides a service below standards, but even worse if the travel agency promised an amount in vouchers for expenses at the ship, but the cruise management does not recognize it and only offer a lower amount. The overall rating of this experience is below average, which seems to be recognized by as poor.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
There is much limitation in beverages included.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The rock climbing feature was more time closed than open. The cinema is practically useless. There is space for other alternatives.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It was average. There is much room for improvement in this area. To much repetitive.

Ship Quality

The ship needs some refurbish.

Cabin / Stateroom

Appears to be of the 80's. Needs to be modernized. Even worse, tvs and its programming is in effect of the 80's...

Ship tip

Comedians need to be replaced. Production shows are good. The cinema is never used. The rock climbing is more time closed than open. The limitation in beverages included is unbelievable. Paid amenities are expensive. This is noted when prices become reduced by the last two days.
