I had no problems with the food or beverages. The dining and buffet service were excellent except for one small thing. When the buffet was especially busy in the morning it would take a while to get offered a drink.

We had lots of activities to choose from. My wife always enjoys participating in the dance lessons and I enjoyed a wine tasting.

Stage shows were superb and there were 3 of them in a 7 night cruise, which I found surprising. Excellent cruise director and entertainment staff.

The cabin was an adequate size for a balcony cabin and well kept and clean.
Ship tip
If sailing on Island Princess go with traditional dining as opposed to anytime. The ship has been modified to accommodatemore guests but still has the same dining capacity making the wait time for anytime dining longer.
We did an excursion where we went with an experienced guide and looked for bears to photograph. Mike was an excellent guide and found us some bears and kept us safe.
