you said you going to check lounge chairs every 30 min. NEVER saw one checked

We went on this cruise to level up to Diamond status. By surprise, we booked the panoramic suite and found hidden perks throughout our entire journey. Well worth the additional money paid. From the room to the staff, the food and service, this would rank in the top of the list. We are RCCL members for life.

Beautiful cruiser with outstanding food and service. Entertainment (shows) needs a lot of work, bar bands were great. Ryan was a disappointment in Jamaica. Drink packages are a must! Always cruise with Royal Caribbean and have no regrets!

We gave RC a try after taking 6 cruises on NCL and 1 on Disney with our family. Both NCL and Disney have superior food, ships, and quality. The only category where RC was better is entertainment. The shows on RC were great (Grease the musical, ice show, comedian, musicians generally). I recommend the Bliss and Escape on NCL and the Fantasy on Disney.

It was great.We really enjoyed ourselves.The food was very good and we were treated like royalty.We are newlyweds and got the opportunity to play the Love and Marriage game. We really enjoyed the game.

I’m very unhappy with the communication you have with the ship. Me and my family were put in an uncomfortable situation by being placed in a handicap room with not enough beds. The couch bed was so uncomfortable. This really made our trip very uncomfortable. After all the money I spent I shouldn’t been in that situation

We enjoyed the cruise, the ship and all the entertainment and activities.

Being our first cruise and looking back, we should have scheduled a longer trip. We ran out of time to enjoy more of why we went in the first place.

It was a very nice cruise overall. Plenty to do on the ship. Very clean. The food was very good

Had a great time, enjoyed both ports of call. Waiter Fernandez was excellent, went above and beyond to accommodate us and anticipated our needs. Our cabin attendant was great. Disembarkation was a disaster, need lots of improvement, lost my luggage and still waiting for words from RCL.

We have sailed on this ship several times, this was by far the worst cruise experience we have ever had. I think Royal Caribbean was has declined in every aspect in the last 5 years. We have tried a couple of other cruise lines recently and had better experiences on them.

I would have like to have known I had to purchase the internet before boarding the ship. they should have a movie theater, not and outdoor big TV and more shows.

Feel like I stepped back into time. No technology to reserve seats for shows, change billing, sign up for everything from dining to excursions Everywhere we go there are long lines, so we just give up, no skating, no surfing, etc What’s up with NO lights for miniature golf when they say it’s open till late at night? We and others played with flashlight from our cells, in one hand Food is horrible They announce too loud and often on intercom AND left me a message on my cabin phone to buy at their stores? Really? Only good thing was service.
