1st time sailing with RC and we will only be sailing with them from now on!

The staff is wonderful. The size of the rooms are reasonable. I do not recommend 2 back to back days at sea. It got boring. I like a day at sea to relax, but 2 back to back is just too much.

Royal Caribbean continues to up its quality with its newer class of ships. The older classes need to be either refurbished or phased out. This ship and experience felt very "carnival/msc" ish. It was the "motel" experience instead of the 5 star hotel/resort quality I prefer. I chose it for the price and quick getaway. You get what you paid for. I definitely did. Was not a bad cruise, but it was different than my usual fare.

Royal Caribbean - Independence, is a wonderful experience for anyone wanting to feel like they are a valued passenger. The time, attention and personal efforts given to the passengers by the staff was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise.

Independence of the Seas is a great ship which makes up for the slower pace at visiting port. It was a beautiful experience to be with a diversity of people together enjoying the entertainment and activities on the ship. RC crew was delightful, witty, and very friendly. We are ready for our next cruise would most like be with RC since we have tried other lines and up to know this is the one most fit to our likings.

Loved cruising with Royal Caribbean , the restaurant service was great very attentive and always ready to accommodate any needs, our room always clean and ready at the time we picked, shows were amazing I only wanted to see more activities around the ship

A very nice, albeit always too short, getaway to get my fix of the ocean and sun! Some things have changed over the years with RC that make me long for cruises of the past, but it is still a great value with a mostly consistent quality that we can count on.

Overall, we really enjoyed this cruise and were sad that it didn’t last longer.

great dine crew 830 and great food great shows. the pool games were nice, adults only area nice and the drinks were good. the dance and club was nice and the staff was great with service.

I really like Royal Carribean and will do it again. Special shout out to our Dinner staff who made us feel special every day!

Great first cruise! Our rooms were really nice and we enjoyed everything the ship had to offer. It is literally a resort on the ocean so you can stay busy all day and night!

Overall a wonderful cruise. Not happy about the drink package offering and the ship should have offered bottled water to its cruisers. The excursions are too expensive and too cumbersome. Still, an awesome experience. Coco Cay was our favorite but we loved Mexico too. A free tour would have been nice though. Cruise ships need to improve the rooms, especially the interior staterooms, which are too small for people.

The whole trip was amazing and I will definitely be traveling with Royal Caribbean again.

First time RC cruisers, but we cant wait for the next one.

We love Royal Carribean as a rule. Handling 4000 people can't be easy. We are booked on an Alaskan cruise next August. We have learned a lot about traveling as a senior with issues. We will adjust our activity accordingly.

It was a lovely cruise, I wish it would last longer. I wish they had a free sauna like carnival. I wish they had kids characters walking around.
