The food was ok, but room service was very disappointing. I was looking forward to having coffee on my balcony early morning. When I called room service it rang for 10 min (I timed it) then disconnected. Called back, waited another 10 min before anybody picked up and they told me it would be AN HOUR & HALF before they could bring coffee to my cabin. I told them to forget it. Very disappointing. Also- there should be an option for ONE person in party to purchase drink packages....I would have enjoyed more drinks, but my traveling partner does not drink, but to get the package, BOTH travelers had to buy...not a great option.

The main dining staff (Sunil) was excellent. Friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Our cabin steward was very good as well. Not seen often, but always on point when needed.

The sliding door to balcony was very hard to open, but once we reported to cabin steward, he had maintenance look at it and it was better. Probably needs a permanent fix, but it was better.

Loved the destination, booked an excursion, but would not if I had a repeat. Better to do your own thing rather than be herded thru tourist traps.
