Review summary

Feel like I stepped back into time. No technology to reserve seats for shows, change billing, sign up for everything from dining to excursions Everywhere we go there are long lines, so we just give up, no skating, no surfing, etc What’s up with NO lights for miniature golf when they say it’s open till late at night? We and others played with flashlight from our cells, in one hand Food is horrible They announce too loud and often on intercom AND left me a message on my cabin phone to buy at their stores? Really? Only good thing was service.

I've sailed on IOS twice and loved it each time! I'm sorry you had a not so great experience.

Oh wow! This sounds like a different Independence than I went on as I had a great time!

That's not unique to RC. I haven't heard of any mainstream cruise ships doing reserved seating like at a theater on land. Did you put it on your post cruise survey?

No need to reserve seats on this size ship. You can reserve shore excursions before you board then you don't need to wait in lines.

Not sure what other ships you have cruised on, but the Freedom Class ships are the largest we have cruised and have more activities than we can ever take part in. We actually prefer the Voyager Class since they have everything we would ever do without being too large.

Did you research the ship? It helps!

Sounds like a fake review to me. No cruises listed. No pictures. No posts except for the bad review. Cruising isn’t for you .
